Terms of Service

1. What this service is

Mod Team Stats ("the service") is a private, self-hosted statistics tool operated by the administration team of a single Discord server. It consists of a Discord bot that records moderation-team activity on that server and a web dashboard that presents the resulting statistics. The service is not a public product: it exists solely to help the server's administrators evaluate and support their own moderation team.

2. Who may use it

Dashboard access is granted individually by the server's administrators to current staff members. There is no self-service sign-up. Signing in requires a Discord account and membership in the operating server; permissions are managed by the administrators and can be changed or revoked at any time, for any reason, without notice.

3. Acceptable use

By using the dashboard you agree that you will not:

• share your session or attempt to access the dashboard on someone else's behalf;
• attempt to access data or pages beyond the permissions you have been granted;
• scrape, bulk-export, or redistribute data from the dashboard;
• probe, disrupt, or overload the service or its hosting infrastructure.

4. The data shown

Statistics shown on the dashboard are derived automatically from Discord activity and are provided for internal team-management purposes only. They may be incomplete or inaccurate (for example due to bot downtime or unparseable log messages) and should not be treated as an authoritative record. What the service collects and how it is handled is described in the Privacy Policy.

5. No warranty

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. The operators may modify, suspend, or shut down the service at any time. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operators are not liable for any damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the service.

6. Discord

The service is built on Discord's API and your use of Discord itself is governed by Discord's Terms of Service. This service is not affiliated with or endorsed by Discord.

7. Changes and contact

These terms may be updated from time to time; the effective date above reflects the latest revision, and continued use of the dashboard after a change constitutes acceptance. Questions or concerns can be raised with the server's administration team directly on Discord.
